What the contact form collects

The contact form collects the name, email address, phone number, description of the matter, and referral source you enter. That information is sent toChristian E. Merheb and is used to respond to your message and to run a conflicts check. It is not sold, and it is not shared for marketing.

Do not send confidential or privileged information through the form. Until a conflicts check is complete and a written engagement letter is signed, no attorney-client relationship exists and information you send is not protected as a client communication.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are added, this page will name the provider and what it collects before that change goes live.

Retention

Messages that do not lead to representation are retained for a limited period to support future conflicts checks, then deleted. Files for matters the firm accepts are retained under the firm's engagement letter and the applicable records-retention rules.

Asking for deletion

Email [email protected] to ask what the firm holds about you or to ask for it to be deleted. Some records must be kept to satisfy the firm's professional obligations, and the response will say so where that applies.
